Dominican Republic, has a habit of coming second in everything. Even in its economy. Yes, it is the second largest economy in Caribbean according to the US state department yet, it is a developing country.  This democratic country laughs in the face of Swaziland’s GDP because as per 2007, its per capita is $9,208!
Which is high, in Latin America. While Swaziland takes baby steps with its growth, Domnician Republic took a big jump of an exceptional growth of 9.1% in its GDP.
